SENSE Gym Olympic weightlifting team located in Orange County is comprised of different lifters from different sports backgrounds and experience levels. The team competes in many different competitions through out the year including the American Open and Nationals. Focusing on the clean and jerk and snatch, Nghiep Dinh helps lifters perfect technique and increase strength, speed, and power. The competitive and supportive environment will help any athlete excel to a new level.
